Performance marketing · Ecommerce only

Every dollar of ad spend, traceable to revenue.

We run paid acquisition on Meta, TikTok and Google for ecommerce brands, and we report on it like a ledger: what went in, what came back, and what we changed to move the number.

What we handle

One team for the whole acquisition stack.

Media buying is only useful if the budget, the funnel and the creative are pulling in the same direction. We own all four.

SRV / 01

Advertising budget management

We set the spending plan, allocate across channels, and adjust it against actual return rather than a fixed monthly split.

  • Channel-level budget allocation
  • Target CPA and ROAS thresholds
  • Scaling and pull-back rules
  • Weekly spend reconciliation
SRV / 02

Campaign management

Day-to-day operation of your ad accounts on Meta, TikTok and Google: builds, tests, exclusions, bids and troubleshooting.

  • Account structure and rebuilds
  • Audience and placement testing
  • Bid strategy and pacing
  • Policy and disapproval handling
SRV / 03

Funnel building

Landing pages, offers and post-click flows built to convert the traffic we are paying for, not just to look good.

  • Landing page and offer design
  • Upsell and bundle structures
  • Email and SMS capture flows
  • A/B testing and iteration
SRV / 04

Creative and copy

Static, video and UGC-style ad creative with the ad copy to match — produced on a testing cadence, not one batch a quarter.

  • Ad concepts and scripting
  • Static and video production
  • Hook, angle and offer testing
  • Creative performance reporting
SRV / 05

SEO and organic

Search visibility that lowers your blended acquisition cost over time, so paid is not the only thing holding up revenue.

  • Technical audits and fixes
  • Keyword and category mapping
  • Product and collection content
  • Link acquisition and digital PR
SRV / 06

Tracking and reporting

Clean measurement first. If the data is wrong, every decision after it is a guess — so we fix attribution before we scale.

  • Pixel, CAPI and server-side setup
  • GA4 and consent configuration
  • Blended ROAS and MER dashboards
  • Monthly performance reviews

How an engagement runs

Four stages, in this order, every time.

The sequence matters: we do not scale spend on an account we have not measured properly.

STAGE 01

Audit

Days 1–5 · Free before you sign

We review your ad accounts, tracking setup, product margins and past creative. You get a written diagnosis of what is losing money and what is worth scaling — yours to keep whether or not we work together.

STAGE 02

Build

Weeks 1–2 · Onboarding

Access is granted through your own business manager, tracking is repaired or rebuilt, account structure is rewritten and the first creative batch goes into production. Targets are agreed in writing before any spend moves.

STAGE 03

Launch

Weeks 3–6 · Testing window

Controlled spend across a defined test matrix of audiences, angles and formats. We are looking for repeatable winners, not a single lucky day — so we hold structure steady long enough to read the result.

STAGE 04

Scale

Month 2 onward · Ongoing

Budget follows proven performance, creative production runs on a fixed cadence, and SEO and funnel work compound underneath. You get a weekly written update and a monthly call with the numbers on screen.

How we work

Boring in the right places.

You own everything

Ad accounts, pixels, domains and creative files stay in your name. We work through partner access and hand it back on request.

One number that matters

We report blended return across the whole business, not the flattering in-platform figure. If they disagree, we explain why.

Written, not verbal

Scope, targets, deliverables and spend limits are documented before work starts. No surprise line items.

Media spend stays yours

Platform spend is billed by Meta, TikTok and Google directly to your own payment method. We invoice only our fee.

Before you ask

The practical questions.

Who is a good fit for Devson Labs?

Ecommerce brands already selling — typically doing at least $20,000 per month in revenue — with a product that has room in the margin for paid acquisition. We work business-to-business only, with registered companies. We do not work with adult content, gambling, weapons, tobacco and vaping, unlicensed pharmaceuticals or supplements, cryptocurrency investment offers, get-rich-quick programmes, or any product making unverified health or income claims.

Do you take a percentage of ad spend?

No. We charge a fixed monthly fee, quoted in US dollars and agreed before work starts, so our fee does not rise simply because your spend does. Because scope varies considerably between brands, the fee is quoted per project after the audit rather than from a published rate card. How we arrive at it is set out on the pricing page.

Who pays the advertising platforms?

You do, directly. Media spend is charged by Meta, TikTok and Google to a payment method held in your company's name, on accounts you own. Devson Labs invoices only for its own services. This keeps your spend, your data and your account history under your control.

How long is the commitment?

Engagements start with a 90-day initial term, because paid acquisition needs a full testing cycle before it can be judged fairly. After that it continues month to month and either side can end it with 30 days' written notice. Terms are set out in our Terms of Service.

What happens to my accounts if we stop working together?

Access is revoked, your accounts stay exactly where they are — in your business manager — and we hand over creative files, documentation and account structure notes. There is no lock-in and nothing of yours sits inside our systems.

Can you guarantee a specific return?

No, and you should be cautious of anyone who does. Advertising results depend on your product, pricing, margin, stock, seasonality and platform conditions. We commit to the work, the cadence and the reporting — not to a guaranteed revenue figure.

Start with the audit.

Send us your store and your ad accounts. You will get a written read on what is working, what is leaking budget, and what we would do first.
