1. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. They let a site remember your actions and preferences, and they can be used to measure how a site is used. Similar technologies such as local storage and pixels work in comparable ways, and this policy covers those too.
2. Our approach
On devsonlabs.dev we keep cookie use to a minimum. Strictly necessary items are set automatically because the site cannot function without them. Anything that is not strictly necessary is only set after you give consent through our cookie banner, and you can change your choice at any time.
3. Cookies we use

These are stored locally in your browser and are not transmitted to us or to any third party. They cannot be switched off, since they exist to honour your preference.
3.2 Analytics (consent required)

Analytics cookies are only placed if you select "Accept all". If you select "Essential only", they are not set. We use IP anonymisation where the provider supports it and we do not use analytics data to identify individual visitors.
3.3 Advertising cookies
We do not run advertising or remarketing pixels on devsonlabs.dev, and we do not sell or share website visitor data with advertisers. Note that the campaigns we manage for clients run on clients' own websites, under those clients' own cookie notices — not this one.
4. Third-party services
This website loads web fonts from Google Fonts. When a page loads, your browser requests the font files from Google's servers, which means your IP address is visible to Google for the purpose of delivering them. Google's handling of that request is governed by its own privacy policy. No cookie is set by this request.
5. Managing your choices
- On this site — select "Cookie settings" in the footer of any page to reopen the banner and change your choice.
- In your browser — every major browser lets you block or delete cookies and clear local storage through its settings or privacy menu. Blocking all cookies may affect how parts of this and other sites work.
- Opting out of Google Analytics — Google provides a browser add-on that prevents Analytics from collecting data on any site.
6. Legal basis
Where the EU ePrivacy Directive, GDPR or UK GDPR applies, strictly necessary cookies are placed on the basis of our legitimate interest in operating a functioning website, and all other cookies are placed only on the basis of your consent. Consent is freely given, can be refused without penalty, and can be withdrawn at any time with the same ease with which it was given.
7. Changes
If we add or remove a cookie we will update this page and, where consent is required, ask for it again. The date at the top of this page shows the current version.
