Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy sets out the businesses we work with, the businesses we decline, and the standards we expect from advertising we place. It forms part of our Terms of Service.

1. Who we work with

Devson Labs LLC provides services to registered businesses only, on a business-to-business basis. Our typical client is an ecommerce brand selling physical consumer products through its own online store, in compliance with the laws of the markets it sells into.

2. Restricted industries

We do not accept clients, and we will not place advertising, in the following categories:

• Adult content, sexual services, or escort services
• Gambling, betting, casinos, lotteries and related affiliate offers
• Weapons, ammunition, explosives and related accessories
• Tobacco, vaping, nicotine products and smoking paraphernalia
• Recreational drugs, drug paraphernalia, and unlicensed cannabis or CBD products
• Prescription or unlicensed pharmaceuticals, and supplements making medical claims
• Cryptocurrency investment offers, token sales, trading signals and related financial promotions
• Multi-level marketing, matrix schemes, and "get rich quick" or income-claim programmes
• Counterfeit, replica or infringing goods
• Debt relief, credit repair, high-interest short-term lending and similar financial products
• Essay mills, exam-writing services and academic fraud
• Hacking tools, surveillance products, and services designed to circumvent security or platform rules
• Any product, service or content that promotes hatred, violence, discrimination or illegal activity

This list is not exhaustive. We may decline any engagement at our discretion, including where a business is lawful but presents an unacceptable regulatory, reputational or platform-policy risk.

3. Advertising standards

All advertising we produce or place must be truthful and substantiated. Specifically, we will not:

• Make unverified health, medical, weight-loss or income claims
• Advertise guaranteed results where none can be guaranteed
• Use deceptive pricing, countdown timers, or fabricated scarcity
• Use fake reviews, fabricated testimonials, or invented endorsements
• Impersonate a person, brand, publication or public authority
• Use another party's trademarks or copyrighted material without permission
• Target minors, or use audience targeting in a discriminatory way
• Attempt to evade advertising platform review, detection or enforcement systems

4. Your obligations

As a client you are responsible for ensuring that:

• Your products may lawfully be sold and shipped in the markets you target
• You hold every licence, permit, registration and certification your business requires
• Claims you make about your products are accurate and can be substantiated on request
• Your website carries its own compliant terms, privacy notice, cookie notice and returns policy
• You hold the rights to all brand assets, images, video, music and text you provide to us
• Your advertising accounts comply with the terms of Meta, TikTok, Google and any other platform used

5. Platform rules apply on top of this policy

Meta, TikTok and Google each maintain their own advertising policies, which change frequently and are enforced at their sole discretion. Compliance with this policy does not guarantee that a given ad will be approved, and we are not responsible for approval decisions, account restrictions or suspensions imposed by those platforms.

6. Enforcement

If we discover that an engagement falls within a restricted category, or that a client has breached this policy, we may pause the affected advertising immediately, request corrective action within a stated period, or terminate the engagement with immediate effect under section 6 of the Terms of Service. Fees for services already delivered remain payable. Where the law requires it, we will report the matter to the competent authority.

7. Reporting a concern

If you believe advertising we manage breaches this policy, contact us at info@devsonlabs.dev. We investigate every report and respond within 5 business days.
