1. Who we are

DEVSON LABS LLC ("Devson Labs", "we", "us", "our") is a limited liability company organised under the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, with its principal office at 30 N Gould St, Ste 100, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States.

We operate the website devsonlabs.dev and provide performance marketing services to business clients. For the purposes of the EU and UK General Data Protection Regulation, we act as the data controller of the personal data described in this policy, except where stated otherwise in section 12.

You can reach us at any time at info@devsonlabs.dev.

2. Scope of this policy

This policy explains what personal data we collect when you visit our website, contact us, or engage us as a client, how we use it, who we share it with, and what rights you have. It does not apply to third-party websites we link to, which have their own policies.

3. Information we collect

3.1 Information you give us

  • Enquiry details — your name, company name, email address, website URL, indicated advertising budget, the channels you run, and anything you write in the message field.
  • Client onboarding details — billing contact, company registration details, VAT or tax identifiers where applicable, invoicing address, and the names and email addresses of the people at your company we work with.
  • Correspondence — emails, meeting notes, shared documents and messages exchanged during an engagement.

3.2 Information collected automatically

  • Technical data — IP address, browser type and version, device type, operating system, referring URL, and the pages you view on devsonlabs.dev.

5. Legal bases

Where the GDPR applies, we rely on the following legal bases:

  • Performance of a contract — to deliver services you have engaged us for and to invoice you.
  • Legitimate interests — to respond to business enquiries, secure our website, and communicate with existing clients about their engagement. We balance these against your rights and interests.
  • Consent — for non-essential cookies and any optional marketing communications. You may withdraw consent at any time.
  • Legal obligation — to retain accounting and tax records as required by applicable law.

6. Who we share it with

We share personal data only with service providers who help us operate, and only to the extent needed. These currently include categories such as:

  • Hosting and infrastructure — our website host and domain provider.
  • Email and productivity — our email provider and document storage.
  • Payment and accounting — our banking partners, payment processors and accountants.
  • Advertising and analytics platforms — Meta, TikTok and Google, in relation to accounts you own and control.
  • Professional advisers — legal and tax advisers, where necessary.

We may also disclose data where required by law, court order, or a lawful request from a public authority, or to establish, exercise or defend legal claims. We will inform you of any such request unless legally prevented from doing so. A current list of our service providers is available on request from info@devsonlabs.dev.

7. International transfers

Devson Labs LLC is established in the United States and our service providers may be located in the United States, the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, and elsewhere. Where personal data is transferred out of the EEA or the UK, we rely on appropriate safeguards, including the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses and the UK International Data Transfer Addendum, together with any additional measures required in the circumstances. You may request a copy of the relevant safeguards by contacting us.

8. How long we keep it

Invoices and accounting records7 years, or longer where law requires
Website analytics dataUp to 14 months

When a retention period ends we delete the data or irreversibly anonymise it.

9. Security

We apply technical and organisational measures appropriate to the risk, including encrypted connections (TLS) across the website, access control and multi-factor authentication on business systems, least-privilege access to client advertising accounts, and periodic review of who holds access. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we will notify you and any competent supervisory authority of a personal data breach where the law requires it.

10. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

  • Request access to the personal data we hold about you
  • Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data
  • Request erasure of your data
  • Request restriction of processing, or object to processing based on legitimate interests
  • Request a portable copy of data you provided to us
  • Withdraw consent at any time, without affecting processing carried out before withdrawal
  • Lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority

To exercise any of these, email info@devsonlabs.dev. We respond within 30 days and will not charge a fee for a reasonable request. We may ask you to verify your identity before acting.

11. California residents

If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended gives you the right to know what personal information we collect, to request deletion or correction, and to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. Devson Labs does not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined by the CCPA, and we do not use or disclose sensitive personal information beyond the purposes permitted by law. We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of these rights. Requests can be made to info@devsonlabs.dev.

12. Client end-customer data

Where we process personal data belonging to a client's own customers — for example while configuring conversion tracking or audience settings inside a client's advertising accounts — we act as a data processor on that client's documented instructions. The client remains the controller and is responsible for its own privacy notice and lawful basis. On request we will enter into a data processing agreement covering that work.

13. Children

Our website and services are directed at businesses and are not intended for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with data, contact us and we will delete it.

14. Changes

We may update this policy to reflect changes in our practices or the law. The "last updated" date at the top of this page shows the current version. Material changes affecting existing clients will be notified by email.
